The artist like the child that lives in each of us wants to produce pleasing work not only for oneself but also for the pleasure of sharing with others. Photography is the vehicle I chose perhaps for the initial mystery of it, before digital, and more importantly for its power to convey what the mind and heart feel before silver or pixels take hold of the image and freeze it for all time.
